We provide diversified total logistics services such as logistics consulting, import and export, transportation/delivery, warehousing and repackaging.
There are three phases to our logistics consulting service

PHASE 2 warehouse operation improvement
PHASE 3 transportation/delivery operation improvement
We offer efficient delivery services through optimal delivery networks
to satisfy the specific requirements of our clients. We have direct delivery systems for the metropolitan Seoul area. For other areas, we provide our clients with mixed delivery services depending on their needs and the nature of the product delivered, such as the CDC (Cross Docking Point) operation and door-to-door delivery service.
We operate four distribution centers in Korea either by in-house service or management service.
ln-house service: customers bring their goods into our distribution centers and we provide optimal warehousing operation services including professional inventory management, repackaging and delivery services for the customers.
Management service: we provide our operating manpower, IT systems, equipment and operating know-how to run customer's’ warehouses. This service fits customers who have their own warehouse arrangement or who prefers an independent operation
One of the outstanding value added services of DKSH Logistics is repackaging which is performed not only at our warehouse but also at the customer's warehouse. Our repackaging service will enhance your competitiveness in sales and marketing capabilities.
We provide professional repackaging and disposal services such as:
Heat shrink wrapping
Labeling/relabeling
Kitting/inserts
Bundle packaging
Light assembly/disassembly/disposal
We provide customers with importing services including freight forwarding, container stuffing, freight consolidation, quarantine process, customer clearance, and insurance. These services help customers import their goods easily and efficiently. Our Icheon Distribution Center also provides bonded warehouse services and customer clearance services.
Warehouses
We currently have four distribution centers in Korea. The main distribution center located at Icheon, Kyunggido provides easy access not only to the metropolitan Seoul area , but also to major highways leading to regional areas. We use SAP R3 WMS (Warehouse Management System) to run the warehouse. This system ensures a very high level of inventory management and achieves remarkable warehousing efficiency. The system also provides real time inventory information to our customers by web.

We have operated Wonju Distribution Center of GS Retail as a warehouse management service since March, 2010 covering GS CVS.

• Equipment : 1 Fork lift, 2 Reach truck, 1 VNA
We have operated Gumi Distribution Center of Cheil Industries Inc., (a mother company of Samsung Group) since March 2005. We provide whole reverse logistics services for Cheil Industries' apparel business.
• Floor space : 32,175㎡
(4 warehouse locations at Cheil Industries' Gumi Factory)
• Equipment: 3 conveyors, 2 rail conveyors, 2,014 trolleys
• Total length of hanger facility: approximately 25 km
We have operated Icheon Distribution Center of GS Retail as a warehouse management service since September 2009 covering GS Supermarket nationwide.

• Equipment : 1 Fork lift, 1 Reach truck, 1 VNA, 1 Automatic PLT truck
